Common phone – mostly used in break-rooms and customer lobbies, where you want users to dial internally or to dial 911 in an emergency.
However, there is rarely a need to call offsite and there is no user dedicated to this phone.
Basic – this is the widest used phone type. It includes unlimited outbound calling anywhere in the US and Canada. It also
comes bundled with Voicemail, a DID, and advanced routing capabilities.
Enhanaced – adds soft phone, auto attendant, and unlimited audio conferencing for up to 20 participants to all the basic features.
Call Center – adds real-time reporting, recording, and call monitoring, as well as support for multiple call queues and
custom music/messaging on-hold.
